SWIFT Task Force Arrests Two of New Mexico's Most Wanted

December 28, 2016 - Deputy U.S. Marshals assigned to the U.S. Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team (SWIFT) Task Force arrested fugitives Damon Hatanaka and Kenneth Alcon. Both fugitives were featured on the U.S. Marshals New Mexico Most Wanted Program.

December 28, 2016 - Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced that the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Victor Garcia in Tampa, FL.

On July 5th, 2016, the York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Garcia with Aggravated Assault, False Imprisonment and Terroristic Threats with Intent to Terrorize another where it is alleged that he stabbed his victim.
