I may have sounded like I was on the verge of out-of-control and I wasn't. My passion got the best of me, and I really did not mean to be shouting at everybody like that. Passion's one thing. Shouting is another. I hope you will accept my apology. I don't take back anything I said, 'cause it is just amazingly frustrating to be confronted with such willful ignorance. It's so unnecessary.
