Fugitive Sex Offender Living Under Assumed Name Captured in Mexico 03/06/2016 11:17 PM EST March 06, 2016 - Yesterday evening, Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office officials took custody of Armando Inigo Aguilar from immigration officials in the Republic of Mexico at the port of entry in Nogales, Arizona.
