Fugitive Sex Offender Living Under Assumed Name Captured in Mexico 03/06/2016 11:17 PM EST March 06, 2016 - Yesterday evening, Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office officials took custody of Armando Inigo Aguilar from immigration officials in the Republic of Mexico at the port of entry in Nogales, Arizona. Aguilar, a U.S. citizen, was deported from Mexico on an outstanding arrest warrant for Sexual Assault, Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and a Parole Violation.
