Shane Barnett (R-Greene, Perry & Wayne Cos), by a vote of 81-36.  The Legislature reconvened on Tuesday, with the bill having been referred by Lt. Governor Delbert Hosemann to the Senate Judiciary B and Senate Accountability, Efficiency and Transparency Committees.
