Only two presidents have been impeached in American history. This is not a method for signalling dissatisfaction with a president; we have elections for that. Here's the reality: too few Americans are familiar with their individual rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution, let alone with the rules that govern whether a president should be removed from office.
