ATF Denver: Denver Gang Member Arrested for Being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm

Denver Gang Member Arrested for Being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm DENVER – David Nunez-Hernandez, age 21, of Denver, Colorado, has been ordered held without bond following his arrest on the charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm, U.S. Attorney John Walsh and ATF Denver Division Special Agent in Charge Luke Franey announced.  Nunez-Hernandez was first arrested on April 29, 2015.  He was then charged federally based on a Criminal Complaint on May 1, 2015.  He was indicted by a federal grand jury in Denver on May 5, 2015.       Follow ATF on Twitter at www.twitter.com/ATFHQ or @ATFHQ

Leader of Drug Trafficking Organization Admits Conspiring to Sell Kilograms of Heroin in New Jersey TRENTON, N.J. – A leader of a large-scale drug trafficking organization today admitted conspiring to distribute heroin in Ocean and Monmouth counties and elsewhere in New Jersey, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced. Rufus Young, a/k/a “Equan,” a/k/a “E-Money,” of Asbury Park, New Jersey, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Peter G.
