U.S. Marshals Arrest Murder Suspect 10/01/2015 12:05 AM EDT September 30, 2015 - Alfred C. Lomax, the United States Marshal for the Western District of Missouri, announces the arrest of fugitive Timothy L. Murray. Investigators with the U.S. Marshals Service Southern Missouri Fugitive Task Force, along with the Springfield Police Department, located and arrested Murray at a residence in Springfield, Missouri. Murray was charged on September 17, 2015, with one count of 1st Degree Murder, and one count of Armed Criminal Action. SWIFT Task Force Quickly Arrests Convicted Sex Offender 10/01/2015 12:05 AM EDT September 30, 2015 - Deputy U.S. Marshals and Task Force Officers assigned to the Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force arrested fugitive Anthony Manuelito. Manuelito was wanted on a Federal Probation Violation, with an original charge of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
