The most underrated handgun of 2014

Shared from Zite   the most underrated gun of 2014 was an easy choice: the Lionheart LH9. When  I reviewed the LH9  I liked it, and it's grown on me since then. It hit big on the scene around late April, early May. John Hames shared with you:   The most underrated handgun of 2014 gunnuts.net - We see a lot of guns here in the office every year. Guns come through here for T&E all the time, some are great, some are okay, and some are terrible. A few each year are really good and interesting, but fail to catch the attention of the market at large. An example of a great, underrated gun would be the Walther PPQ. When the HK VP9 launched this year to all the fanfare, PPQ owners were over in the corner going "hey, that gun looks really famil

300 BLK Field Test: Yankee Hill Machine's Hunt-Ready Carbines

Shared from Zite   The HRC has a fast-handling, 16-inch barrel with a rather unusual fluting pattern composed of eight rows of alternating oval-shaped, 1-by-0.25-inch scallops. This significantly lightens the barrel but does not compromise its accuracy-enhancing rigidity. The scallops also increase the barrel's ability to dissipate heat. The barrel is made of heat-treated 4140 steel and has a fast 1-in-8-inch twist rate that will stabilize longer .30-caliber bullets used in subsonic loads. Gun Review: ArmaLite DSR 10 7.62mm

Shared from Zite   ArmaLite literally put the "AR" in AR-15. Many people don't realize that Eugene Stoner was working for ArmaLite when he developed the rifle. They also don't realize that "AR" stands for ArmaLite Rifle. The company literally invented the rifle, and everything after it has simply been a copy. Also, Mr. Stoner originally intended for the rifle to be chambered in 7.62mm NATO/.308 Winchester. Putting my hands on the ArmaLite Defensive Sporting Rifle (DSR) 10 felt a little like going back to the beginning and embracing the future, all at the same time.
