 THEBLAZE.COM 3 Hours Ago Chicago's Bloody Weekend: 7 Dead, 30 Wounded in Rash of Shootings by  James Rollins Seven people were killed and at least 30 wounded in Chicago gun violence over Father's Day weekend,  WMAQ-TV  reports. Six of the fatal shootings and 11 others happened overnight Saturday, the station reports. (Credit: WMAQ-TV)  One of the deaths involved a 16-year-old boy who police say had gang affiliations. He was shot while riding a bike about 11:45 p.m. Saturday, police said; he tried to flee but collapsed a short distance from where he was hit. He was pronounced dead at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center at 1:37 a.m. with gunshot wounds to the left arm and back, police said, and later identified as Kevin Rivera of the 1500 block of North Keystone Avenue. No one has been arrested in connection with what police are calling a homicide.
