Some Gutless Republicans Owe some Apologies to Ted Cruz

Shared from Zite   As we wake up today and survey a landscape littered with the corpses of Democrat political careers, it is worth remembering that many people predicted that this day would never come, all because of Ted Cruz. Throughout the last two years, Cruz has been one of the few Republicans who has not been afraid of his own shadow in the Senate, and virtually the only one to publicly stick his neck out in favor of doing anything. And at every step of the way he was scolded by his alleged political betters for damaging the GOP brand. IRS Admits to Court it Hasn’t Searched for Missing Lerner Emails

Shared from Zite   Judicial Watch announced today that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) admitted to the court that it failed to search any of the IRS standard computer systems for the "missing" emails of Lois Lerner and other IRS officials. The admission appears in an  IRS legal brief opposing  the Judicial Watch  request  that a federal court judge allow discovery into how "lost and/or destroyed" IRS records relating to the targeting of conservative groups may be retrieved. The IRS is fighting Judicial Watch's efforts to force testimony and document production about the IRS' loss of records in Judicial Watch's Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) litigation about the IRS targeting of Tea Party and other opponents of President Obama( Judicial Watch v. IRS  (No. 1:13-cv-1559)).  The lawsuit is before U.S. District Court Judge Emmett G. Sullivan. John Hames sh

How the 2014 midterms are going to affect politics in 2015 and 2016

Shared from Zite   With a shift in party control, the Republicans will choose which bills can come to the floor of the Senate for debate and passage, which presidential nominations will be considered for a vote, and there will be a complete rotation of committee and subcommittee chairmanships. In short, in 2015, the US Congress will be under unified party control facing an opposite party president. The overwhelming majority of east Texans want their children to at least have the chance for a better life than they have had.   Proverbs says, 'Where there is no vision, the people perish.' Unfortunately, if there was vision in this administration, it has been one of full government intrusion, manipulation, and lawlessness, with limited healthcare, especially for seniors and non-government workers. John Hames shared with you:   Election Leaves Gohmert Blessed But Concerned gohmert.house.gov - Rep. Louie Gohmert (TX-01) released the following statement regarding the election results in Texas and throughout the country: "This election reinforces that I am the most b
