George Washington, 1796 Fellow Patriot, Today marks the anniversary of the ratification of our Constitution's Bill of Rights, the common name for its first 10 amendments. The purpose of these amendments was and remains the enumeration of limitations on the federal government in order to protect key natural rights (those endowed by our Creator) to liberty and property. As we approach the end of 2011, the prospect for restoring the Liberty enshrined in our Constitution continues to improve.
