Department of Veterans Affairs told New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to take his new gun law and shove it where the sun don’t shine.

GUNS.COM 15 Hours Ago VA Rejects New York’s Gun Control Law Mandating Mental Health Reporting for Troubled Vets (VIDEO) by S.H. Blannelberry On Monday, the federal Department of Veterans Affairs told New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to take his new gun law and shove it where the sun don’t shine. To clarify, Gov. Cuomo’s NY SAFE Act requires mental health professionals to turn over to the government the names of patients that may be at risk of hurting themselves or others, so that bureaucrats can then decide whether that individual’s Second Amendment rights should be terminated and his/her guns confiscated. Okay, to be honest, the VA didn’t literally say, ‘Shove it!’ But they did adamantly say that they would not comply with the bogus mandate because it further stigmatizes an already taboo subject, i.e. counseling and therapy, which would only discourage more Veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder and other psychological issues from seeking out mental health treatme...

In Feinstein’s ‘Harvey Milk’ gun control speech, no mention of .38 special she once carried

DAILYCALLER.COM 7 Hours Ago In Feinstein’s ‘Harvey Milk’ gun control speech, no mention of .38 special she once carried by Charles C. Johnson California Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein made an impassioned call for gun control during a Capitol Hill hearing Thursday, recalling putting her fingers into bullet wounds on the body of slain gay activist Harvey Milk. Ted Cruz about the Second Amendment. (RELATED VIDEO: Ann Coulter blasts Feinstein for exchange with Cruz) Feinstei...

Feinstein’s Gun Control Arguments by Jason Howerton Credit: Getty Images for TIME Conservative firebrand Ann Coulter joined Sean Hannity on Fox News Thursday night to reflect on the heated exchange on the Senate floor between Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.). Coulter was unforgiving towards Feinstein, saying her constitutional arguments are “preposterous.” Referring to “I am woman hear me roar” Democrat women like Hillary Clinton, Coulter said “as soon as they get a question they don’t like, they start crying.” She argued Cruz “nailed her so she said ‘I’m offended.’” “I used to think women should not be able to vote, and now I think liberal women should not be able to hold office,” Coulter joked. “And by woman, I do not mean to limit that to a biological sense.” She went on to slam anti-gun Democrats for refusing to have an actual debate about gun control, instead appealing to ...
