Baltimore Gun Trafficking Investigation Nets Five Defendants Baltimore , Maryland – Following an investigation of firearms trafficking in Baltimore City, a federal grand jury has indicted five defendants in three separate cases, on firearms related charges including: unlawful possession of an unregistered firearm; possession of a firearm and/or ammunition by an illegal alien, possession and sale of a stolen firearm and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
