ATF Kansas City: Four Mexican National Indicted for Meth, Nearly Eight Kilos Seized by ATF

Four Mexican National Indicted for Meth, Nearly Eight Kilos Seized by ATF Artemio Santana-Martinez, 26, of Oakland, Calif., and Antonio Aguilar-Reyes, 39, of Boulevard, Texas, both of whom are citizens of Mexico, are charged with aiding and abetting each other to possess methamphetamine with the intent to distribute on May 20, 2015. Jorge Garcia-Miranda, 29, and Abel Gonzalez-Jimenez, 44, both of whom are Mexican nationals with unknown addresses, were charged with participating in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in Jackson County and elsewhere between Dec. 14, 2014, and May 1, 2015. ATF Seattle: Boise Man Sentenced for Bank Robbery in Twin Falls

The ATF Seattle Field Division webpage was recently updated.  Please see below for the latest information. Boise Man Sentenced for Bank Robbery in Twin Falls B O I S E B Shawn Smith, 19, of Salinas, California, was sentenced today to 119 months in prison followed by four years of supervised release for bank robbery by use of dangerous weapons, and brandishing of firearms during the commission of a felony offense, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced. U.S. District Judge Edward J. Lodge also ordered forfeiture of any interest in the $7,351 stolen from the bank, and forfeiture of the three firearms involved in the bank robbery.
