Duo Wanted for Fatal Shooting Near BP Gas Station Arrested 08/21/2015 10:24 PM EDT August 21, 2015 - Two men identified as suspects from the April 06, 2015 shooting near the BP gas station located in Norfolk, VA have been arrested. Aldin Mitchell and Santono Barnes were both arrested in separate locations today by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force and Norfolk Police Department’s Fugitive Unit. U.S. Marshals and Concord Police Arrest Man Wanted for Oklahoma Kidnapping 08/21/2015 10:23 PM EDT August 21, 2015 - Early this afternoon, the U.S. Marshals Service, along with officers from the Concord Police Department, arrested Ashton Garland in Concord, NH. Garland was wanted on a Jackson County, Oklahoma warrant in connection with Kidnapping and Assault that occurred in Altus, OK in April 2015.
