Happier Days for 'Fugitive of the Week' Arrested on Happy Day Circle 11/18/2016 11:10 PM EST November 15, 2016 - Early this morning, the "Fugitive of the Week," Justin C. Richardson was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Task Force, in Hartsville, SC. Richardson was wanted an outstanding arrest warrant for Failure to Appear for an Armed Robbery with a gun, by the Strafford County Sheriff's Office. U.S. Marshals Add Violent Offender to the New Mexico's Most Wanted 11/18/2016 11:09 PM EST November 15, 2016 - The U.S. Marshal Service for the District of New Mexico added James Sandoval, Violent Offender, to the New Mexico's Most Wanted. Sandoval was convicted of Conspiracy to Commit Murder in the 2nd Degree. In January 2003, he was sentenced to 21 years of which 15 of those years were suspended.
