Time For That ‘National Conversation’ About Chicago: 11 Shot, Three Dead Today

Who knows, maybe we’re just spitting in the wind wondering why the media continues to ignore the daily bloodbath in Barack Obama’s hometown. It’s completely out of control but doesn’t help the Obama agenda to notice it, apparently.
A 15-year-old girl and two men are dead, and at least eight other people were wounded by gunfire throughout the city Tuesday, police said.
Police say the girl, who authorities have not yet identified, was shot in the back about 2:30 p.m. in the 4500 block of South Oakenwald Avenue. The shooting apparently happened in Vivian Gordon Harsh Park near King College Prep High School in the Kenwood neighborhood.
She later died, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office.
These things used to cause national outrage. Now only if a political agenda can be advanced and the NRA can be bashed is it newsworthy. The media now is left to fabricate outrages, yet these same folks don’t say a peep about the carnage in the president’s hometown, a city run by his former chief of staff. It’s as if it simply doesn’t happen.
