Breaking News June 28, 2013 Today, House Oversight and Government Reform Chairman, Rep. Darrell Issa, has announced that Lois Lerner will be compelled to testify before the committee. Lerner had taken the Fifth Amendment in her previous appearance before the Committee, refusing to answer any questions regarding her involvement, or that of officials in Washington, in the IRS scandal.
