BOOM! Houston man ARMS neighborhoods ravaged with crime with FREE PUMP SHOTGUNS

Now this is awesome. A Houston man formed a group called Armed Citizen Project and takes donations in order to provide neighborhoods ravaged with crime with free pump shotguns. Kyle Coplen, the founder, says they have to pass a background check and pass his firearms safety course before they get a free shotgun, but he believes that this is necessary to keep these neighborhood bullies at bay.
