Illegal Aliens Find A Loophole
Amidst an immigration battle currently on pause in Washington, we have a new report today highlighting the abuse of our immigration system. Immigrants coming across the Mexican border have discovered a loophole, which essentially allows them to enter into the United States. This loophole is a set of key words that can be used to enter our country, and those words are "credible fear." Someone trying to cross the border can claim a "credible fear" of drug cartels in Mexico and be allowed to enter into the United States. Why a "credible fear?" Because according to an immigration spokesman, "The legal threshold for "credible fear" is broad and low." The problem is that so many people are suddenly claiming this asylum that it is overwhelming the agents at the border. Because so many people have caught on, agencies are being forced to pay to house immigrants in hotels near the border in order to give them time to process paperwork. Some are simply released to addresses all over the nation, many of which are fake. For more on this story click here.

Obama And The Middle Class
Barack Obama is officially on his summer vacation. He is staying in a $7.6 million mansion in Martha's Vineyard, which is owned by a private equity guru who was one of Obama's inaugural donors in 2013. Today we learned that BO, the Obama's dog, couldn't make the initial trip to Martha's Vineyard, so he was flown in separately on a MV-22 Osprey. Katie Pavlich reports that according to the Government Accountability Office, "it costs $11,000 per hour to fly an Osprey," which is typically used for military operations. It doesn't get much more ridiculous than this!... more.
Lois Lerner Discusses Political Pressure on the IRS in 2010
Sean mentioned a fantastic article written by John Sexton on Breitbart.com that reveals a new video that shows Lois Lerner discussing the political pressure that swirled around the IRS in 2010. Lerner says "everyone" was "screaming at" the IRS to stop the flood of money pouring into the 2010 elections through 501(c)(4) groups as a result of Citizens United. Lerner spoke to a small group at Duke's Sanford School of Public Policy on October 19, 2010, just two weeks before the wave election that brought the Tea Party and Republicans significant gains in Congress. During her appearance Lerner was asked about the flow of money from corporations to 501(c)(4) groups. "Everyone is up in arms because they don't like it" Lerner replied, adding "Federal Election Commission can't do anything about it; they want the IRS to fix the problem." Today's "Hot Topic" On The Hannity Forums:
DOJ to ease drug sentencing - rightoftheleft

I think this is something we can all agree is overdue and appropriate. Eric Holder is to announce the end of strict mandatory sentences for low level drug law offenders. Money will be saved, lives won't be threatened in the prison system.

>> TV Tonight (Hannity FoxNews at 9pm ET):
Mark Levin joins Sean tonight to weigh in on Washington's latest scandals. Plus Sen. Rand Paul reacts to the newly uncovered video of Lois Lerner. And Congress members hold townhalls where tensions run high.

Senators now have two days to read and digest it before a Wednesday vote. Sen.
