Sharyl Attkisson: More Fast and Furious Guns Recovered in Mexico
More guns from the disastrous federal gun-walking program known as "Operation Fast and Furious" have been recovered in Mexico, CBS News' Sharyl Attkisson reports.
Attkisson did not elaborate on where or how many guns were found. Additional details were not immediately available.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) allowed 2,000 firearms to be scooped up by straw purchasers, knowing they would ultimately end up in the hands of Mexican drug cartel members. The stated goal was apparently to track the weapons and dismantle the drug trafficking organizations. However, only 700 guns had been recovered as of February 2012.
A rifle from Fast and Furious was also recovered at the murder scene of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. As TheBlaze reported in July, a high-powered rifle from the gun-running operation was also used to kill a Mexican police chief in the state of Jalisco.
This is a developing news story and will be updated.
