Despite the administration's insistence that the scandals swirling around his administration are phony, each day we come to learn more of the truth. John Sexton at Breitbart has discovered what many have described as the "smoking gun" in the IRS scandal and particularly for IRS official Lois "I plead the Fifth" Lerner. He has uncovered a video of Lerner from 2010 where she discusses the political pressure surrounding the IRS to do something about the flood of money pouring into the 2010 mid-term election. This was the result of the Citizens United Supreme Court ruling decided in January 2010. An investigation has now been launched into the "inappropriate communication between the FEC (where Lois Lerner used to work) and the IRS, and there are reports that Lois Lerner used her previous position within the FEC to try and silence political candidates. Another point of outrage is the fact that Lois Lerner is still collecting a paycheck! Not to mention the fact that o ther IRS officials working within the unit in charge of targeting Tea Party groups have been promoted. There are even more questions as we dig deeper into this "phony" scandal... more Outrageous: Harry Reid Democrat Senator Harry Reid has been on a roll lately. He's made two remarks that have generated a lot of press, but not in a good way. Let's start with the race card. That's right ... Harry Reid resorted to ridiculous race-baiting in regards to GOP opposition to Obama. Reid told a local radio show that he hopes Republican opposition to Obama is "based on substance and not the fact that he's African-American." Really? Aren't we getting a little tired of this argument from Democrats? This is just about as worn out as Republicans waging a war on women, wanting to push granny over a cliff and supporting dirty air and water. Republican Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina (who is African-American) says that Reid is dividing Americans by "playing to the lowest common denominator." He's absolutely right and he's also right that the American people deserve better than this. Overcoming Obama's failed policies is enough of a challenge, without having to prove that you are not a racist... more |

| The Liberty Amendments "The Great One" Mark Levin joined Sean in the final hour of Tuesday's radio show to discuss his new book, " The Liberty Amendments." Mark explained that he fells our government is broken. Some of the most hostile and antagonistic adversaries to liberty reside within our own government, including those apostate politicians we trusted to represent us. We have a malevolent body of reckless politicians whom pass omnibus 3000-page legislation they cannot have read. They dictate baneful, life-changing laws from which they contrive legal method to opt out of, and exempt themselves in much bad faith, from their very own laws that they deem beneficial for the rest of Americans. Then they also decree exemptions for their largest contributors, as well as exempt their office staff. Something must be done to change the Country's collision course with an authoritarian government. Top conservative radio talk show host, Edward Meese's chief of staff in the Reagan Administration, dog lover, and constitutional scholar Mark Levin, has put much thought and scholarly effort into The Liberty Amendments. His desire is to begin the discussion for a Constitutional means to reign in our government and return our country to her founding principles.
