Patriotic Biker Rally a Success; Million Muslim March Draws 21 Attendees

It's been twelve years since a beautiful New York morning was stained with the horror of a terrorist attack that killed thousands of Americans. It has been exactly one year since terrorists stormed our consulate in Benghazi, Libya, killing four Americans, including our ambassador, Chris Stevens.

It's been a year and Americans are still without answers. Americans are desperate to know what happened, who was responsible and why the Obama Administration is continually stonewalling efforts to find the truth.

On Tuesday, The Tea Party News Network reported that the 2 Million Bikers to D.C. rally had been denied a permit from the D.C. Parks Department. The biker rally was meant to honor the victims of the terrorist attack in Benghazi and highlight the need for answers that the Obama Administration continually refuses to provide.

Despite talks and conference calls between the organizers, the organizers of the D.C. rally were told just days before the event that there was no permit and that the Parks Department had never received an application- a claim which organizers vehemently deny.

At the same time, the denial of the permit fomented outrage as the District of Columbia granted the American Muslim Political Action Committee a permit for the Million Americans Against Fear Rally, also known as the Million Muslim March.

However, the biker rally organizers pressed on and insisted that though they did not have a "no-stop" permit, they still could, nevertheless, hold their rally without police escort, but that it would just take longer to get through Washington.

The D.C. biker rally commenced this morning as thousands of patriotic bikers met in Maryland and drove through the nation's capital.

However, the Million Muslim March did not fare as well. Only 21 attendees showed up, including a few counter-protesters who waved an Israeli flag and one that held a giant cross. Police outnumbered attendees.

The attempts by government to stonewall the Benghazi tribute ride is a fitting reminder of how our government operates. While Americans voice their desires to learn the truth about what happened in Benghazi and why we have been told lie after lie, it seems obvious that only through perseverance will patriotic citizens and lawmakers be able to break the wall of secrecy surrounding the Obama Administration that once promised transparency.

Senators now have two days to read and digest it before a Wednesday vote. Sen. James Lankford (R-OK), the lead GOP negotiator, said the bill contains all the most vital reforms Republicans have demanded and called it a "once-in-a-generation opportunity to close our open border." "The bill provides funding to build the wall, increase technology at the border, and add more detention beds, more agents, and more deportation flights. The border security bil
