Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) joined the hosts of Fox &​ Friends on Wednesday where he talked about his contentious exchange with Secretary of State John Kerry during Tuesday'​s Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing on the proposed military action against Syria. Paul said that he thought civilian deaths abroad, while a tragedy, are not a reason to go to war.
