BREAKING: DC Circuit Court of Appeals strikes down HHS contraception mandate
In its lead article: Court strikes down mandate for birth control in ObamaCare, the Washington paper The Hill is reporting that the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, often called "The second most important court in the Land," ruled today in favor of a private business which contested the contraceptive and abortifacient clauses in the HHS mandate. Two Catholic brothers, who own a 400-employee business, stated that they "oppose contraception as part of their religion" and challenged the mandate on those grounds. The court ruled in a 2-1 split decision.
