| Patriot, The Patriot Post is a grassroots touchstone for activists across the nation. They, in turn, are force multipliers in support of Liberty, which is to say we do far more than just "preach to the choir." The extent of our readership is evident in many ways, large and small. For example, three weeks ago we published the details of a strategy by Obama's DoD civilian administrators and their surrogates, with the potential to set a legal precedent to force the removal of "so help me God" from all military oaths. In response to that column, last week 28 members of Congress issued a letter of inquiry to DoD officials, requesting information on why they had already omitted "so help me God" from some Air Force officer and enlisted oaths, "despite the fact that the phrase is used in the very statutory language of the United States Code, and was part of the military oath drafted by the Founders themselves." That letter resulted in a DoD reversal and commitment to restore the oaths. This and other "course corrections" in support of Liberty are one way your Patriot Post team measures our success. We succeed in big and little ways, not because we're great communicators (to paraphrase Ronald Reagan), but because we're communicating great things to the current generation of American Patriots. We are able to do that because you have sustained our effort and helped us grow our ranks. For the last two years, we have not increased our budget, despite the critical need to advance the timeless message of Liberty now more than ever. Please consider supporting our 2013 Year-End Campaign today. Though our budget is a tiny fraction of other influential conservative organizations, your investment in The Patriot Post provides the greatest return promoting Liberty for this and future generations. Thank you for your support! Pro Deo et Constitutione — Libertas aut Mors Semper Vigilo, Fortis, Paratus et Fidelis
