Fellow Patriot, With our 2013 Year-End Campaign drawing to a close, I wouldn't blame you for breathing a sigh of relief that we won't be requesting funding again for a while. In today's stalled economy, successful fundraising is a really tall order. Our core group of supporters has been hit hard by Obama's economy. When our supporters tighten their budgets, so do we. Which is why we haven't increased our budget this year, and have cut expenses where we can. We don't ask for funding because we enjoy it. Publishing, like anything else, is not free. Our success as a leading voice in the Conservative community is a testament to the faith so many readers have put in us. For over 17 years, the work here has continued solely through voluntary financial support. We are truly humbled by that fact. Typically the majority of our campaign donations are made near our funding deadline. We still have approximately $57,000 left to raise in the next two days.
