With all the spying on American's phone conservations, e-mails and instant messages by Obama's NSA, it turns out a 17 year old Russian kid may be the one behind the Target and Neiman Marcus hacking that has compromised millions of American's credit card information. This same type of hacking can be done on the Obamacare websites all around the country, but the government isn't required to notify you if you're personal data was compromised.Fox NY:
