RedState - Cecile Richards is the President of Planned Parenthood, an organization that aborts hundreds of thousands of unborn children a year. You would think, given this, that Cecile Richards would have some sort of coherent philosophical belief about when life begins that would indicate (at least to her) that she doesn't oversee mass infanticide.
