examiner.com - On Friday, a sleepy-eyed President Obama was interviewed with fluff questions by NBC's Bob Costas a few minutes into coverage of the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. A number of viewers later said the president appeared to be stoned, Twitchy reported.
