BREAKING NEWS: Obama and Putin speak about situation in Ukraine

President Obama tells Russian President Vladimir Putin in a 90 minute phone call that Russia sending troops into Ukraine is a 'clear violation' of that country's sovereignty, and calls on Russia to de-escalate tensions by pulling forces back to bases in Crimea, according to the White House.
