Answer: Our Windham Weaponry Transferable Limited Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship which affects operation of your rifle. If you are having any trouble with your rifle or specific questions please give us a call. We may be able to trouble shoot it over the phone for you and if the rifle needs to come back for service we will make arrangements to get it back here for evaluation. Your Windham Weaponry rifle's warranty is also transferable, if you should decide to sell it or pass it on to a member of your family. | | |  | | | | | | | FROM THE EDITOR Karen Fogarty, Asst. to VP Sales & Marketing CUSTOMER FEEDBACK When I first decided to invest in an AR-platform firearm, the search was on for a quality firearm without breaking my budget. I looked at and handled a number of firearms, but the SRC was my final choice. It is coming into its own with me and has begun to develop its own personality. Your customer service is excellent and I was impressed by the well-illustrated owner's manual. I have been planning on purchasing another WW in .223/5.56x45 and in .308/7.62x51 as soon as I can free up available funds. I am intrigued by your new "wood furniture" versions. I am an old-school shooter and wood furniture will always have a warm place in my heart. 1967 marked the first year that I was "introduced" to the M16 while having to give up a beloved M14 at the time. Sadly, I was not impressed with the M16. Thankfully, times have changed and it took quite a long time for me to succumb to the desire to own an "AR". When I had a chance to handle the WW SRC at my local gun shop, and while there was many others priced both above and below the SRC, it was the one that came home with me. The SRC (now known as Caleb) allowed me to experiment with sighting systems and I finally came up with a combination that works for me; the UTG rear sight w/flip front sight and the UTG CQB red/green dot sight that allows me to co-witness both front and rear sights. Additionally, a Barska 3x9x42 Gen2 Sniper tactical scope and a Redfield 3x9x42 Combat Zone scope is ready to attach at a moment's notice. The accessories may not be high-priced but they work for me. 
The last range session resulted in this 1.5" group with the red/green dot sight and the standard trigger. Hopefully, I can tighten that group a tad with some minor trigger work. Not bad for an almost 65-year old guy.  I enjoy the newsletter and I am in the process of smoothing out the trigger on my SRC based on the article in January's newsletter. My first AR-based firearm was from Windham Weaponry and I see no reason to change that for future purchases. You have done well, grasshoppers! We have been able to do many custom builds for agencies all over the country and the word is spreading fast on what we can do. Our armorer's class this month was at capacity! With 24 students in attendance it was the largest class we have had at the facility. Meet the WINDHAM WEAPONRY TEAM Featured Employee - Crystal Ward Crystal joined the Windham Weaponry team in February 2013, working in our maintenance department. She also pitches in wherever she is needed, and from time to time can be found working in our production department. Her positive attitude, sense of humor and smile make her a great part of the team. Crystal lives in Windham with her husband, Jason, and their two daughters, Clara and Emma. When she's not at work, she is normally sitting on the sideline of her daughters soccer, basketball or lacrosse games, as well as cheering on her husband in the Car Wars series at the local short track, Beech Ridge Motor Speedway. She is part of the New England Ghost paranormal investigation team, which investigates paranormal activity throughout the State of Maine. She is also known as "Sgt. Tank" as a member of the Derby Lite roller derby exercise classes.
