An opponent of his, Republican Joe Rae Perkins, was on speaker phone. There were others in the room but I'm not sure who they were specifically. The clip starts with Perkins answering a question on speaker phone. While she was answering it, one of WW's reporters, Nigel Jaquiss, wrote 'blah blah blah blah' on his paper as she was answering. Callahan noticed it and called Jaquiss out for it, saying: You want to talk about disrespect? I see what you're writing down there.
