The laws being challenged include a ban on ammunition magazines that hold more than 15 rounds, or can be "readily converted" to hold more than 15 rounds, as well as a requirement for a background check on any "gun transfer" that lasts more than 72 hours.

Citizens of Colorado responded overwhelmingly by recalling two of the most vocal proponents of the gun control laws.
