Issa responds to new round of lost IRS emails: 'This pattern must stop'

Washington Times - House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa responded to the latest IRS admission of lost emails on Friday. Records for five additional employees who are under congressional investigation have disappeared.
