The DCCC (Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee) then not only quoted him out of context, but they also painted Limbaugh in a highly negative and hurtful light, quoting him as saying, "How many of you guys, in your own experience with women, have learned that 'no' means 'yes' if you know how to spot it?" Obviously this is nowhere near what Limbaugh originally said.
