THE STATE DEPARTMENT claims that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, above, used an out-of-context quote from congressional testimony by Secretary of State John Kerry to claim that Iran would be 'weeks away' from a nuclear weapon at the close of a proposed agreement.
