Defendant found Guilty in Manhattan Federal Court in Connection with 1994 Murder of 16 Year-Old Girl Preet Bharara, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Delano A. Reid, Special Agent in Charge of the New York Division of the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”), and William J. Bratton, the Police Commissioner of the City of New York (“NYPD”), announced that JOHNNY CEDEÑO was found guilty Monday of conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire, murder-for-hire, and murder in connection with a narcotics conspiracy for his role in the murder of a 16-year-old girl.
