April 16, 2015 - More than 7,100 fugitives, gang members, sex offenders and violent criminals are off the streets as a result of Operation Violence Reduction7 (VR7), a six-week long U.S. Marshals-led enforcement initiative conducted across the country to reduce violent crime.

April 16, 2015 - U.S. Marshals are again releasing the following information in the fugitive hunt for Alexander Rosevelt Hill, Jr. a/k/a “Real Deal”, wanted in the City of Petersburg (VA) for Violation of a Protective Order. He is a person of interest in the deaths of four people, including a small child, in Petersburg, VA in the early morning hours on April 19, 2014, a day before Easter.

April 15, 2015 - On April 12, 2015, the Chapel Hill Police Department responded to a victim of assault who had been transported via ambulance to the Durham Regional Hospital. The victim was treated by emergency room personnel for a fractured jaw, orbital, and a large laceration above her eye that required multiple stitches. Later that day, warrants were issued for Terrail Laquam Hicks for Attempted First Degree Murder, First Degree Kidnapping, Assault by Strangulation, and Assault inflicting Serious Injury by the Chapel Hill Police Department.

April 15, 2015 - Scott Kelley, a former Whitefield, New Hampshire, resident wanted by law enforcement since November 2004 for non-custodial kidnapping and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, was arrested upon his return to the United States by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force at an Atlanta-area airport. Missing person Mary Nunes was also located with Kelley re-entering the United States.

April 15, 2015 - Today, United States Marshal Martin J. Pane and Pennsylvania State Police Colonel Marcus Brown announced the results of Operation Eagle Eye – an effort to verify the home addresses of Megan’s Law registrants in Dauphin, Lebanon and York Counties.

April 14, 2015 - United States Marshal Martin J. Pane announced today that the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force arrested Gregory Johnson in Columbia, SC. On April 07, 2015, the Pennsylvania State Police obtained an arrest warrant charging Johnson with Robbery, Theft, and Simple Assault.

April 13, 2015 - U.S. Marshals arrested Corey Brian Harrell Sr., a Kansas resident wanted by the Russell Police Department. Harrell was wanted on 3 counts of Rape, 8 counts of aggravated criminal sodomy, and 2 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child. A warrant was issued for his arrest in December of 2013, but Harrell left the state of Kansas to avoid prosecution.
