ATF Open Letter to All California Federal Firearms Licensees

To All California Federal Firearms Licensees:
You are receiving this email to notify you that ATF has added an open letter to its website.  The letter responds to queries the bureau has received for completing Firearms Transaction Records, ATF Forms 4473, while complying with the California Department of Justice Dealer Record of Sale Entry System transaction procedures.  This open letter provides ATF's response to these inquiries.
