July 20, 2015 - United States Marshal Pete Elliott and Adult Parole Regional Director Todd Ishee announce the closure of one of Ohio’s most violent fugitive warrants. Fugitive John Elmer Woodards was convicted of 1st Degree Murder and 1st Degree Rape of an 85 year-old female in Columbia Station, OH on January 31, 1964.

July 20, 2015 - On July 17, 2015, “Fugitive of the Week,” Richard Decelle, was arrested without incident in Ludlow, VT by members of the Vermont State Police, who are part of the VT Marshals Fugitive Task Force. Decelle was wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for a Parole Violation. Decelle was on parole as a result of a conviction and sentence for Assault by strangulation.

July 20, 2015 - United States Marshal Robert W. Mathieson announces the capture of Phillip Ohman. Ohman was wanted out of Maricopa County, Arizona, on 11 felony fraud-related charges in which he claimed to be a Navy SEAL as part of a scam he allegedly ran in Arizona.

July 18, 2015 - Jeffrey Mendez and Shawn Smith were arrested yesterday by members of the U.S. Marshals Service Lone Star Fugitive Task Force and the San Antonio Police Department’s Repeat Offender Program Unit in San Antonio, TX. An arrest warrant was issued pursuant to an investigation by the Austin Police Department, where it is alleged that Mendez and Smith committed Capital Murder.
