On August 4, 2015, the York City Police Department obtained an arrest warrant charging Poteet with Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with Child, Rape of Child, Indecent Assault-person less than 13 years of age, and Corruption of Minors.

August 06, 2015 - The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), along with HIDTA (High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area), hosted the fourth Crisis Intervention Training certification course during the week of June 20-24, 2015. USMS and HIDTA are taking proactive steps to provide enhanced training when dealing with de-escalation, crisis intervention, and mental health awareness.
