January 30, 2016 - On January 28, 2016, the Mountain State Fugitive Task Force located and arrested fugitive Dennis Knapp, of Baltimore, Maryland. Knapp was wanted for violating his probation in Maryland stemming from an Armed Robbery case.

January 29, 2016 - The United States Marshals Service, working with detectives from the Albuquerque Police Department Homicide and Gang Units, the U.S. Marshals South West Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force, has added Darrius Valles to its New Mexico’s Most Wanted list. Valles is wanted on an open count of Murder related to a homicide that occurred on January 16, 2015.

January 29, 2016 - This morning, James Franklin Oxendine was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force out of Greensboro. On January 04, 2016, a warrant for arrest was issued for Oxendine by the Greensboro Police Department for Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon. The charge stemmed from an incident that took place at the Studio 6 Motel in Greensboro.

January 28, 2016 - From January 27 to January 28, U.S. Marshals from the Eastern District of Tennessee, along with Smoky Mountains Fugitive Task Force officers from the Knoxville Police Department, The Knox County Sheriff’s Office, and the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office, assisted the Grainger County Sheriff’s Office in conducting its 2016 sex offender compliance operation. Dubbed “Operation Make It Rain,” officers conducted a county-wide compliance and enforcement initiative to ensure sex offenders were following the guidelines of the sex offender registry.

January 27, 2016 - The U.S. Marshals Service in New Mexico, along with Task Force Officers assigned to the Marshals Service South West Investigative Fugitive Team Task Force, arrested Angelo Eddie Aragon as part of a 12 month violence reduction operation. Aragon was arrested for Armed Robbery, Trafficking a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Firearm or Destructive Device by a Felon, Child Abuse, and Aggravated Fleeing from an Officer.

January 27, 2016 - On January, 21, 2016, Robert Bernard Jackson and Charles William Willis, were arrested in Baltimore, MD by members of the U.S. Marshals Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force. On January 8, 2016, warrants were issued for Jackson and Willis by the Durham Police Department for Murder, Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon.
