TRUMP TRANSITION: President-elect nominates Rep. Mulvaney as budget director

President-elect Donald Trump announced Saturday that he nominated South Carolina GOP Rep. Mick Mulvaney as the Director of the Office of Management and Budget. Mulvaney is a tough-on-spending conservative who advocates for a balanced federal budget.
