WARNING TO ASSAD: White House says Syria potentially prepping new chemical attack

White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer says the Trump administration has identified "potential preparations for another chemical weapons attack" by Bashar al-Assad's government and vowed the Damascus regime "will pay a heavy price" if it conducts another "mass murder attack"
