Trump to sign bill levying sanctions on Russia, Iran and North Korea, White House says

The White House said Thursday that President Trump will sign legislation that levies new sanctions against Russia, Iran and North Korea. The bill also prohibits Trump from easing the penalties on Russia without Congressional approval.
