Let's get this done together

John,

With a majority in Congress, I have to admit I expected more conservative victories this year.

But as you know, things are moving pretty slowly thanks to members of the Washington Establishment who are afraid of moving forward. We've made some progress, and have had some victories, like the nomination of Neil Gorsuch and the reversals of many of Obama's executive orders. And we are on the verge of major tax reform. Still, our major priorities have not been accomplished yet. And that's not acceptable. We can do more!

And that is why Heritage is here. With the support of over 500,000 committed Heritage members, Heritage has the ideal platform to bring the conservative policies America needs to Congress and to the rest of the country.

In 2018, let's finish what we've started:

  • Revitalize healthcare reform. While Obamacare still remains the law of the land, we're closer than most people think to releasing you from its grip.
  • Push through immigration reform. Illegal immigrants are costing our taxpayers millions of dollars. Congress still has major strides to make in keeping our borders secure.
  • Introduce welfare reform. The government's heavy hand in our poor communities fractures families, fosters violence, and punishes anyone who tries to escape. Reforming welfare will save lives.

Your support is vital to keep momentum going. The experts and policy creators at The Heritage Foundation supply the plans and policies to advance conservative principles, but we can't do it without your support this December.

As we near the end of the calendar year, your gift to Heritage will give us the strength we need to bring America back to the conservative principles and values that make it great.

You can give your tax-deductible year-end gift here: https://secured.heritage.org/_2017/endofyear

I look forward to emailing you updates as the victories unfold.

Onward!

Ed Feulner
