Yesterday, the New Mexico Legislature adjourned from its short 2020 Legislative Session.

Today, the Maryland House Judiciary Committee voted to withdraw gun ban legislation, House Bill 1261, from consideration.

New Hampshire: House Passes Private Transfer Ban and Waiting Period Bills
This week, the New Hampshire House of Representatives passed two anti-gun bills. Both of these bills will restrict our Second Amendment rights while doing nothing to reduce violent crime in New Hampshire. These bills will go to the New Hampshire Senate, where they await committee assignments.

On February 24th, the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Food Production, and Outdoor Resources is hearing Senate Joint Resolution 62 to amend the Constitution of Missouri to affirm that it is a right of the public to hunt, fish and harvest wildlife.

Yesterday, Oklahoma Representative Jason Lowe presented a bill in the House Public Safety Committee to repeal Oklahoma's Constitutional Carry law.

Oregon: Work Session Today On Government Mandated Gun Lock-Up Bill
Today at 3:00PM, the House Rules Committee will convene and is scheduled to hold a work session on House Bill 4005A to impose one-size-fits-all standards for firearm storage. The vote on whether to send it to the House floor is expected to occur after 5:30PM.
