The House passed HB 1902, HB 2736, and HB 2744. The bills will now move to the Senate for further consideration. On the Senate side, the Judiciary Committee passed SB 2519 and SB 2635, both with amendments.   LEGAL & LEGISLATION West Virginia: Important Preemption Bill On 2nd Reading On February 29th, the West Virginia House of Delegates will be holding second reading on Senate Bill 96 to strengthen West Virginia's preemption law.
