Friday the 13th could be scary this week in Vermont, but it doesn't have to be.    LEGAL & LEGISLATION Washington: Floor Vote Deadline Passes Friday, March 6th, marked the deadline for all policy bills to receive a floor vote in the opposite chamber. Having failed to receive a floor vote, several anti-gun bills are likely defeated for the session. Unfortunately, a number of bills did receive a floor vote and were sent back to their original chamber for concurrence before heading to the Governor's desk for his signature.    LEGAL & LEGISLATION Alabama: Your Help Needed to Pass Lifetime Permit Bill In House Committee On March 11th, the House Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee will hold a public hearing on House Bill 39 to create a new lifetime carry permit.  The Senate Committee on Judiciary passed the companion bill, Senate Bill 47, last week.
